A statutory right of withdrawal applies to the purchase of physical products (e.g. City Guides) and to vouchers without a specific date. For services with a fixed date or period – such as guided tours, hotel bookings, vouchers with a specific date or visitor cards – the right of withdrawal is excluded in accordance with Section § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 9 BGB. Instead, our contractual cancellation terms as set out in the General Terms and Conditions apply.
