With “GG Bavaria”, one of the most important events for gamers in Bavaria, is coming to Munich on March 29 and 30. The gaming event will take place in the Small Olympic Hall for the first time, as the number of visitors has doubled in recent years.
GG Bavaria is also focusing on growth in terms of content: the trade fair will kick off this year with a new conference format, the “Business Day” on 28 March, which will be attended by the Bavarian Minister of State for Digital Affairs, Dr. Fabian Mehring, as well as numerous top-class speakers from the international games industry.
The gaming industry has developed into a global phenomenon that appeals to millions of people. The events surrounding video games and e-sports attract not only players, but also sponsors, media and gaming enthusiasts from all over the world. These events not only promote the city's economic development, but also strengthen Munich's image as an innovative and sustainable MICE destination for events.

The influx of fans from all over the world - over ten thousand attended live on all three days, while hundreds of thousands watched the event via livestream - is stimulating the local economy and creating new business opportunities.
