Video: Lakes & Mountains

You can choose from different tours according to your preferences and fitness level. For example, would you like to go on an excursion that passes various lakes and does not involve too many metres in altitude? If the answer is yes, the wonderful panoramic excursion is certainly something for you:

You will go to the Garmisch region with views of Wetterstein and Karwendel, while your feet can cool off in the refreshing water of the lakes. A delicious snack is of course also provided - how about typical Bavarian dishes like Leberkäs with fresh beer? Of course you can also choose alternatives or something sweet like a pie with a cup of coffee. In any case you will feel completely comfortable and get the opportunity to take great souvenir photos of the alpine mountain panorama.

The walking time for this tour is about 3.5 hours, it stretches over 12.5 kilometres, and 100 metres of altitude difference are achieved. With arrival and departure by train or private car (organization on request) you will be on the road for about 9 hours. After booking, your guide will contact you to clarify the most important points of the day tour personally.

Meeting point: Munich Central Station, between 8.30 and 9 am, depending on the tour; a journey by car can also be arranged

Participants: private group up to a maximum of four people

  • sturdy shoes, hiking or sports shoes are best
  • warm clothing, as the weather can change quickly in the mountains
  • water bottle and snacks for in between

Please note: Due to the often unpredictable and sometimes even dangerous weather conditions in the mountains, the tour destination may have to be changed at short notice. But don't worry - you will enjoy the alternative tour just as much!

For the easy to medium-difficult hikes (up to 500 meters of altitude difference) you should have a good level of fitness and no health problems (especially concerning the cardiovascular system). We would be happy to clarify your personal situation with you!
