Next public transport stop: Hauptbahnhof (main train station) From the airport: From the international Munich Airport "Franz-Josef-Strauss" it is about 40 minutes in the downtown to the Central Station. You can use public transport (suburban train 1 and 8) or the Lufthansa shuttle bus to the main railway station. Please take the exit towards "Bayerstraße / Goethestraße". Go right, cross Bayerstraße until Mittererstraße. Here turn left. You will see the Hotel Metropol on the left. From the main train station (Hauptbahnhof München): Rail passengers can easily reach us in about 2 minutes walk from Central Station. Please take the exit towards "Bayerstraße / Goethestraße".
