City of Munich (Department of Labor and Economic Development, München Tourismus) acts solely as an intermediary. The contract is concluded directly between you and the service provider (Autobus Oberbayern GmbH or Mentor-Reisen GmbH). Cancellations for online bookings must be submitted in writing to City of Munich (Department of Labor and Economic Development, München Tourismus / E-Mail: tourismus.gs@muenchen.de). Bookings made at the Tourist Information must be cancelled there. The General terms and conditions of Autobus Oberbayern GmbH or of Mentor-Reisen GmbH, as applicable, apply.

If the group fails to appear at the agreed time or cancels too late, the tour guide will invoice the client for the applicable fee.
A cancellation is deemed timely if, for tours lasting up to three hours, the tour guide has received notice at least 72 hours (3 days) before the appointment. For tours lasting between 3 and 7 hours, the cancellation period is 120 hours (5 days) before the appointment. For tours lasting longer than 7 hours, the cancellation period is 240 hours (10 days) before the start of the tour.
The cancellation must be made in writing to both the tour guide and City of Munich (Department of Labor and Economic Development, München Tourismus / E-Mail: tourismus.guides@muenchen.de). Delays by the group are borne by the client. In the event of delays of more than 30 minutes, the tour guide will leave the meeting point and will likewise issue an invoice.

Bookings made at the Tourist Information must be cancelled there. The General Terms and Conditions of Münchner Stadtrundfahrten oHG or of Yellow Cab Verkehrsbetriebs-GmbH apply, as applicable.
Upon the booking confirmation issued by City of Munich (Department of Labor and Economic Development, München Tourismus), you become the direct contractual partner of the booked hotel under its contractual terms. City of Munich (Department of Labor and Economic Development, München Tourismus) acts as an intermediary and assumes no liability for the performance of services by the hotel.
If the hotel/guesthouse considers an advance payment necessary for this booking, the hotel/guesthouse will contact you regarding the payment arrangements. Please notify the hotel directly of any requested changes, cancellations, and late arrival.
The accommodation contract is concluded as soon as the room has been requested and confirmed or—if confirmation was no longer possible due to time constraints—has been made available. Conclusion of the accommodation contract obliges the contracting parties to perform the contract, irrespective of its duration. The hotel is obliged to pay damages to the guest if the reserved room is not provided.
If the contractual services are not utilised, the hotel’s cancellation terms apply; the agreed accommodation price may then only be charged less the expenses saved.

Cancellations must be made in writing to City of Munich (Department of Labor and Economic Development, München Tourismus / E-Mail: tourismus.produkt@muenchen.de). The General Terms and Conditions of Turbopass GmbH apply to the München Card and the München City Pass.
City of Munich (Department of Labor and Economic Development, München Tourismus) organises public city tours held on a regular basis (e.g. Rathausführung, Großmarkthallenführung, Altstadtführung, Justizpalastführung, Viertelliebeführungen, Hofbräuhausführung, Oktoberfestführung, Erlebnistour Auer Dult, Christkindlmarktführungen, etc.). Tickets for these tours can be purchased in the München Tourismus online shop or at the Tourist Information (Rathaus). The number of participants for public tours is limited.
Cancellations: Up to 24 hours before the start of the tour, the tour can be cancelled free of charge. Cancellations for online bookings must be submitted in writing to City of Munich (Department of Labor and Economic Development, München Tourismus / E-Mail: tourismus.gs@muenchen.de). Bookings made at the Tourist Information must be cancelled there.
When purchasing München-Erlebnisse (e.g. rickshaw tours, tower ascent Frauenkirche, other guided tours, etc.), City of Munich (Department of Labor and Economic Development, München Tourismus) acts solely as an intermediary. The contract is concluded directly between you and the respective service provider. Cancellations for online bookings must be submitted in writing to City of Munich (Department of Labor and Economic Development, München Tourismus / E-Mail: tourismus.gs@muenchen.de). Bookings made at the Tourist Information must be cancelled there.

Vouchers for public guided tours (e.g. voucher for the Town Hall tour, Old Town tour, Großmarkthalle tour, Erlebnistour over the Auer Dult, Justizpalast tour, etc.) are issued by City of Munich (Department of Labor and Economic Development, München Tourismus). The contract is concluded directly between you and City of Munich (Referat für Arbeit and Wirtschaft, München Tourismus). The voucher can be redeemed until the end of the third year following the purchase of the voucher and is valid only for the selected product. Other value vouchers or promotional discounts cannot be combined with this voucher. A cash payout of the voucher is not possible. A return (exchange/cancellation) of the voucher is no longer possible after purchase. In the event of loss, the voucher cannot be replaced and loses its validity.

The voucher is valid for three years from the date of purchase and only for the selected product. Other value vouchers or promotional discounts cannot be combined with this voucher. A cash payout of the voucher is not possible. A return (exchange/cancellation) of the voucher is no longer possible after purchase. In the event of loss, the voucher cannot be replaced and loses its validity.
Tickets for the tower ascent can be purchased online on the München Tourismus website and at the Tourist Information (Rathaus). Cancellations: A free cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the booked time of the tower ascent. Cancellations for online bookings must be submitted in writing to City of Munich (Department of Labor and Economic Development, München Tourismus / E-Mail: tourismus.gs@muenchen.de). Bookings made at the Tourist Information must be cancelled there.
Use: The ticket is valid for a single visit to the town hall tower. It must be presented on a mobile phone or in printed form.
