From the main train station (Hauptbahnhof München): From the main station you can take every suburban train with stop at 'Marienplatz'. Exit the train there. Walk in the direction of 'Sparkassenstrasse'. Turn into the 'Sparkassenstrasse'. The Platzl Hotel is on the right hand side.
