Guided tour for groups

City bus tour classic

Some of Munich’s most beautiful landmarks are too far apart to be covered in a walking tour. A bus tour with an official city tour guide is therefore the ideal way to get to know the city.

A two-hour city tour includes the following sights:

Medieval city gates, Viktualienmarkt market, Königsplatz square, Pinakothek galleries, Olympic park, Schloss Nymphenburg (Nymphenburg Palace) (option to stop for photos), Schwabing district, Ludwigstrasse, Siegestor (Victory Gate), the university, Feldherrnhalle (Field Marshalls’ Hall), Englischer Garten (English Garden), Maximilianstrasse and the state parliament, Nationaltheater, Residenz palace and the Deutsche Museum (subject to changes).

The City of Munich is also affected by the nationwide measures to contain the coronavirus. The good news: hotels and accommodation establishments, indoor and outdoor gastronomy and shops are open. But there are some restrictions. All other important information about the coronavirus and your stay in Munich can be found here.
