National Socialism and resistance: Munich played a special role in the Third Reich. Get to know even more important places of that time and their stories on the extended city tour and have lunch at one of Hitler's former meeting places.

This half day walking tour takes you along historical sites in munich and you will learn what role all these places played during the National Socialist era. You will discover a lot of important and interesting places, e.g. Königsplatz via Karolinenplatz, Brienner Straße, the square of the Victims of National Socialism with the memorial to the Feldherrnhalle, through the Hofgarten, to the Haus der Kunst and the University.
Around noon there is a lunch break at one of the former meeting places of Hitler, from his early days in the city. Afterwards you will visit some other places connected with his rise to power and its consequences. These include former headquarters or resistance centres. It will also be explained how art was used as a tool of Nazi propaganda, you will learn a lot about Munich Third Reich history and have a very interesting day.
